The Service Guarantee covers fraud by external sellers, loss during transport, and material damage. Coverage applies after payment to the seller and before final delivery. Maximum compensation is €1,000 per purchase.
The fee is 5% of the purchase value, with a minimum of €5 per purchase. This fee must be paid before the purchase is made.
Damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the purchase, or within 48 hours of when it should reasonably have been received. Include photos, proof of purchase, and communication with the seller.
If a claim is valid, PackagePro reimburses the Customer up to the purchase value, with a maximum of €1,000. Compensation is provided as a refund. After payment, rights to the damaged or lost goods are transferred to PackagePro.
